The Nia Fall Jam is definitely a don't miss event for Nia students new and experienced. This year it's on Sat., Nov. 12, from 1-2:30 p.m. at the elegant and spacious Mount Baker Community Clubhouse.
Why is it called a Jam? Because a collection of local, talented Nia instructors take turns leading songs for a full hour and a half, giving you the chance to enjoy a spectrum of unique teaching styles. If you've taken a Nia class from more than one teacher, you know how different they can be!
It's a also a blast because it attracts a LOT of people. Dancing en masse is super soul-charging.
P.S. I designed the event flyer this year. Check it. Share it.
