Special Nia Class: Learn the Moves!

Want to get a head start on our next class routine? Come to my special Learn the Moves Nia class where I'll  introduce you to the steps and stances to the Nia routine, Earthsong. This is your chance to learn movement patterns and refine your technique so that your class experience the following two weeks is relaxed, safe and way more fun! I will have Earthsong cds for sale for those of you who would like to take the music home.
